Refund Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with every Blacc Perfumes purchase. However, refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

1. Eligibility:
   To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Products must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
2. Process:
   Contact blaccperfumes@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and supporting images. Once reviewed, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
   Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for delayed deliveries caused by courier services or force majeure events.
4. Partial Refunds:
   In case of multi-item orders, refunds are provided for affected items only.
